Podax T-3620

Podax T-3620 is a kind of micronized polyethylene wax with high density. It has been formulated to provide maximum rub and mar resistance as well as anti-bloking and lubricity properties for printing inks. It can be widely used in lithographic inks, gravure inks and offset inks ect. It is similar with the Clariant Ceridust3620.
Typical propertise:
- Podax T-3620 is of fine dispession and usually is added to the printing inks on the last period of the process.
- The amount of adding is according to the producing system and formular and generally it is 0.8%--2% of total amount.
Application:
sheet-fed ink, heat-set ink, solvent based ink, can coating, coil coating, industrial coating, powder coating, wood coating, pigment and gloss oil.
